Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is seeking a Ward Manager to lead the ward's daily operations and to guide a team of highly qualified nurses in delivering excellent patient care. You will ensure a safe, supportive and patient-centered environment while driving standards and performance within the ward.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification, with prior roles as Junior Sister or Charge Nurse or Ward Manager, and a proven track record in

The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres and two minor treatment rooms in the outpatient department. There is a small radiology department and CT/ MRI services are provided in a mobile unit. Inpatient physiotherapy is provided within the hospital whilst our outpatients attend the fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester gate for their follow up physio and hydrotherapy treatments.Our main speciality is orthopaedics. We also care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain.
