Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital is seeking a confident Ward Manager to join our nursing leadership team. You will be an RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification, bringing senior nursing leadership to a high-performing ward.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage day-to-day ward operations, lead a team of nurses, ensure excellent patient care and help shape a superior patient experience. Salary up to £57,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with NMC registration and mentorship qualification.
• Evidence of strong nursing management experience.

We’re looking for a confident and motivated healthcare professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in nursing to join us as Ward Manager at our Wolverhampton Hospital. You will be a collaborative, caring individual who thrives in a regulated environment and brings positivity and professionalism to a high-performing team.

As a Ward Manager, you’re a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you’re organised, highly motivated and engaged.

As a Ward Manager, you will:

• Manage the day to day running of our ward department
