Job summary

Leaders In Care is helping a leading independent healthcare provider in West Yorkshire recruit a Ward Manager for their surgical ward. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure efficient ward operation and deliver personalised patient care.

The role offers £48,000 to £55,000 per year, a contributory pension, 25 days’ annual leave plus eight bank holidays, private healthcare and life assurance, and opportunities to develop your leadership and clinical skills.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.

As a Ward Manager, you will:
