Bramley Health is seeking a Ward Manager for our Bexhill-on-Sea unit in the United Kingdom. The role oversees day-to-day ward operations within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring high quality patient care and staff development.
Responsibilities include staff supervision, rota management, clinical governance participation, and ensuring CPA and Mental Health Tribunal reporting is completed. DBS enhanced disclosure is required.

The Langford Centre is a purpose built, state-of-the-art facility providing exceptional care for individuals with complex mental health needs, including psychosis, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, often posing a risk to themselves.
Across our 4 wards we provide low secure, high dependency inpatient rehabilitation and acute services; Our aim is to support our patients from the point of admission to engage in their recovery pathway to promote successful reintegration back in to the community.
The aim of the ward manager role is to be responsible and accountable for the day to day management of the ward.
This is achieved by demonstrating excellent leadership skills and an enthusiasm for staff and service development, and to work autonomously and effectively within the multidisciplinary team.
