Bramley Health is seeking a Ward Manager in Bexhill-on-Sea to lead day-to-day ward operations and manage nursing and support staff. The role focuses on clinical governance, safe medication practices, and coordinating care pathways for residents with complex mental health needs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supervise staff, and ensure compliant staffing, governance, and timely reporting. A DBS check is required and sponsorship is not available.

The Langford Centre is a purpose built, state-of-the-art facility providing exceptional care for individuals with complex mental health needs, including psychosis, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, often posing a risk to themselves.
Across our 4 wards we provide low secure, high dependency inpatient rehabilitation and acute services; Our aim is to support our patients from the point of admission to engage in their recovery pathway to promote successful reintegration back in to the community.
The aim of the ward manager role is to be responsible and accountable for the day to day management of the ward.
This is achieved by demonstrating excellent leadership skills and an enthusiasm for staff and service development, and to work autonomously and effectively within the multidisciplinary team.
Please note, that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this role.
