As a Ward Manager, You Will

1. Lead and manage a team of 20 staff, including 60% HCA and 40% RMN.
2. Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.

4. Ensure compliance with policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
5. Manage clinical investigations, HR issues, and incident reporting.
6. Engage with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
