We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking nurse with an interest in developing leadership skills to support, manage, and lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care. Applicants should have at least 18 months' experience in an acute hospital setting at a Band 6 level, with a keen interest in acute care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams are essential. Experience in organizing complex discharges and working with community partners, including palliative care teams, is preferred.
