Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to work on Ward 62 for nine months. You will collaborate with nursing and domestic staff to keep the ward clean, safe and well-organised, with a strong focus on infection control and patient comfort.

You will support the nursing team, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and participate in audits and ward maintenance.

Formación

• Experience in a similar housekeeping/domestic role is preferred.
• Strong communication with patients, clinicians and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control on Ward 62.
• Support nursing team and ensure patient-friendly, tidy ward spaces.
• Manage stock and equipment and report needs to supervisors.
• Contribute to quality improvement through audits and updating ward information.
