Sodexo, based at Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital, is seeking a Ward Host Supervisor to lead the ward catering service and deliver high-quality, patient-centric meals. You’ll supervise catering teams, allocate duties, and ensure safe, compliant service across shifts.

You’ll bring supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality, strong IT and record-keeping skills, and a calm, proactive approach to daily operations in a busy hospital environment. Full-time, permanent contract.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a supervisory role within healthcare, hospitality, catering or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and positive experience for patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, infection prevention and control, and allergen management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage records and reporting using IT systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day ward catering service to deliver a safe, high-quality patient experience.
• Supervise ward catering teams, allocate duties, support rotas and ensure standards are met.
• Oversee meals and beverage service, assist patients with dietary requirements and allergen management.
• Maintain food safety, temperature, stock, wastage and service records; support reporting systems.
