Ward Host at University Hospital Southampton is recruiting to support the Ward Patient Catering team. You will take orders and deliver meals and drinks, ensuring high-quality hospitality and patient care. Orders are placed electronically and delivered to wards by the team.

The role requires numeracy and literacy, plus hygiene and safety awareness, with strong customer service as you interact with patients daily in a busy hospital setting.

Qualificações

• A good level of numeracy and literacy skills, including reading and writing.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety and special diet awareness.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with patients daily.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders and deliver meals and drinks to patients.
• Use electronic ordering system and coordinate with hospital kitchens.
