18 Week Support Limited is seeking Ward Healthcare Assistants to join a friendly team in the West Midlands. You must be currently practicing as an HCA in an NHS setting within the UK and willing to work in Urology, Gynaecology, or General Surgery wards.

Shifts are Weekday and Weekend 8am-6pm with an excellent day rate and ongoing sessions. You can arrange work to fit around your substantive post, and you'll have access to a booking app to see local shifts and book quickly.

Qualificações

• Currently practising, or has practised, as a Ward HCA within a surgical or inpatient setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months.
• Proven experience working in the NHS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.

Responsabilidades

• Support patients throughout their inpatient surgical journey within a Urology/ General Surgery ward setting.
• Assist nursing staff in delivering high standards of patient-centred care.
• Take and record patient observations accurately, escalating concerns appropriately.
• Provide compassionate, professional, and dignified care to all patients.

Job summary

Ward Healthcare Assistants Needed!

18 Week Support is seeking HCA's to join their friendly and supportive team in the West Midlands area. You will be required to be currently working in an NHS Setting as an HCA within the UK. You will be supporting the following specialities, you may have experience in any one of these to be considered:

• Urology

Please note that all applicants must reside within the West Midlands area in order to be considered for the role.
