The post holder will be a key member of the team, providing professional and efficient administrative and clerical support to the Canadian Wing team.
Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support, undertaking reception duties within the unit, and offering non-clinical assistance to patients and visitors.
The post holder is expected to deliver a responsive, high-quality service to patients and their relatives or carers.
Additional duties involve supporting the nursing and surgical teams, managing reception within the ward, and assisting patients, families, and visitors with non-clinical needs.
You should be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, maintain a polite and pleasant telephone manner, and be courteous when dealing with staff and the public.
