Optalis is the Adult Social Care delivery partner for Wokingham Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council. The Support Worker will provide overnight care during waking nights at Ronald Young Court SL6 in Maidenhead, working 9pm–7am on Mon, Wed and Thu. Training is provided, and benefits include a pension and career development.

Experience in care is helpful but not required. DBS clearance is mandatory for successful applicants, with safeguarding considerations clearly

Qualificações

• Experience in the care sector would be beneficial but is not necessary.
• DBS check will be required for all successful applicants. (as part of safeguarding)

Responsabilidades

• Support residents overnight during waking nights (9pm–7am) at Ronald Young Court.
• Assist with personal care as part of evening routine.
• Assist with medication management as needed.
• Carry out domestic tasks and keep the service clean and ready for the next day.
• Ensure safety and security of the building throughout the night.
