Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for Eliot Court. You’ll help eight residents feel safe, comfortable and supported overnight, providing gentle care, monitoring wellbeing and recording essential information.

You will carry out safety checks, keep the living space clean, and support residents in meaningful night-time activities. Shifts run 10pm–7am. An enhanced DBS will be required and funded by Dimensions.

• Respectful and dignified care during night shifts

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular keeping safe checks to ensure security and comfort
• Maintain a clean, hygienic space for a welcoming environment
• Record important information on IT systems including health and safety logs
• Create a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere to promote wellbeing at night
• Support residents to enjoy late evenings or nights in meaningful ways
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect when needed
