Job summary

Affinity Trust in Ilkley is hiring a part-time Support Worker to help people live great lives in their own homes at night. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, promoting independence and social connections.

Full training is provided, including NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care; DBS check paid by us. You’ll work 28.5 hours per week on a night rota, with a supportive team and opportunities to develop.

You will build meaningful relationships and offer thoughtful, responsive care, empowering individuals to navigate life with confidence and independence.
