Job summary

Autism Pathways in Birkenhead is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to cover waking nights, ensuring safety and comfort for residents in a highly structured setting. You will deliver calm, consistent overnight care and help with routines while maintaining privacy and independent living spaces.

Experience in autism or complex needs is welcome but not essential; training and development, including progression toward a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care, are offered.
