Advance Housing and Support Ltd in Camborne TR14 is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker to provide care and support to people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs during the night shift. The role covers night-time personal care, safety checks and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values, passion and determination matter.
• Able to work every other weekend.
• Able to work 3 nights per week Mon-Sun.
• Able to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments and maintain records.
• Literate and numerate in English; willing to achieve Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night.
• Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with independent skills and keeping care records up to date.
• Keeping up to date with training and regular safety checks.
• Supporting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
