Job summary

Radis Community Care is hiring a Waking Nights Support Worker in Exeter to help people live independently in their own homes. The role includes personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and aiding access to local activities and community resources.

You will work nights (10pm–7am) over two shifts per week, providing consistent support with empathy and reliability in a home-care setting within the Exeter area.

Qualifications

• Providing personal care tasks such as washing and dressing.
• Assisting with medication administration as required.
• Preparing meals for individuals.
• Supporting with accessing the local community (shopping, activities, trips).
• Carrying out day-to-day household duties and supporting daily routines.

Part time - 2 nights per week

The Role of a Support Worker
