Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a waking nights support worker to help people live independently in their own homes in Plympton, Plymouth, Devon. You will provide personal care, assist with medication, help with meals, and support clients to access local community activities and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care tasks (washing, dressing, mobility assistance).
• Ability to assist with medication administration (where trained).
• Capable of meal planning and preparing meals for clients.
