Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bideford, working with people to live independently at home and in the local community. You will assist with personal care, medication support, meals, daily activities, and community access, in a person-centred, respectful way.

We offer enhanced NVQ rate payments and a New Starter Bonus of £100. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
