Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Plympton-based team in Plymouth, Devon. You will help people live independently at home, delivering personal care, medication support, meals, and daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have

The Role of a Support Worker
