Qualifications

• Experience in social care or family support settings.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong written, communication, and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Support parents with children aged 0 to 6 to develop skills and confidence.
• Monitor CCTV on a rota basis to inform assessments.
• Collaborate with social workers and agencies to achieve outcomes.
• Contribute to evaluating parents' long-term capacity to meet their children's needs.
