Job summary

Snap Care is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker for a night shift in Gerrards Cross (SL9). The role supports Elsie, a 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and PEG feeding requirements.

You will work alternating Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM, staying awake to assist with bedtime routines, positioning and medical needs. The ideal candidate has waking night experience, comfort with neurodiversity and complex care, and a calm, observant approach within

Qualifications

• Waking night experience.
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/Neurodiversity.
• PEG feeding training.
• Epilepsy training for overnight care.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight support for Elsie, assisting with bedtime routines, positioning and epilepsy-related needs.
• Remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team within a family home to support 9-year-old Elsie and her needs.
