Snap Care is seeking a Night Support Worker in Maidenhead (SL6) to support a 14-year-old boy with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, learning difficulties and autism. The role covers waking and sleeping shifts on Tuesday and Thursday nights, with specific hourly rates for waking, sleeping, weekend waking hours and public holidays.

You will help Ethan enjoy a comforting night-time routine and prepare him for school the next day, requiring patience, safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or disabilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care.
• Willingness to work night shifts and manage sleep periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide waking support from 21:00 to 08:30 the following morning.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring night-time routine for Ethan.
• Assist with getting ready for school and prepare him for the day ahead.
