Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Sutton, Norwich, is seeking a female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team, supporting one woman to live the life she chooses with safety, dignity and independence.

You will work a 3 waking nights one week and 4 waking nights the next, starting with daytime induction and mandatory training before transitioning to night shifts. An enhanced DBS disclosure is required; driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Be calm, patient and compassionate.
• Be confident working independently during the night.
• Have excellent observation and communication skills.
• Be comfortable providing personal care and night-time routines.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive overnight support and ensuring the person's safety and wellbeing.
• Supporting with personal care where required, always promoting dignity and respect.
• Administering medication in line with support plans and training.
• Completing household tasks to ensure the home is clean, safe and prepared for the day ahead.
• Accurately recording support provided using digital systems.
• Responding calmly and confidently to any situations that arise during the night.
• Working closely with family members, colleagues and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
