Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to children, including those with challenging behaviours
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Implement personalised care plans effectively
• Support young people to engage in activities that promote independence, social skills, and overall well‑being
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all residents
• Promote positive behaviour and assist in managing challenging situations

Requirements

• Passion for working with children with complex needs and SEN
• Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and nights
