Job summary

Active Care Group in Flint, Wales is seeking a dedicated waking night Support Worker to care for one client with complex needs, including ABI. The role runs 9pm–8am, every other weekend, within a small care team. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required, along with a warm, patient, emotionally intelligent approach.

A meet & greet with the family is encouraged. Offered pay is up to £14 per hour with 14.07% holiday pay.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and social care or equivalent.
• Kind, patient, and emotionally intelligent.
• Open to a warm meet & greet with the client and his family before starting.

Responsibilities

• Support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team.
• Provide full personal care with double-handed support during waking nights (9pm–8am).
• Follow regular weekly rotas and help the client maintain independence.
