Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting Male Night's Support Workers in Haverfordwest to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury at home. The role involves night shifts (8pm–8am), with a mix of waking and sleep duties, and a steady weekly rota.

NVQ level 2 or 3 in health and social care is required. You should be compassionate, patient, and reliable, with strong communication and a genuine commitment to person-centred care. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in health and social care (if have NVQ 2 must be willing to complete level 3 with us once passed probation)
• A caring, patient, and dependable nature
• Great communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to learn, grow, and work professionally within a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman living with an ABI in his own home, promoting independence and comfort
• Offer reassurance during night shifts, engage in conversations, and assist with daily routines
• Work across regular weekly shifts with a consistent care package and rosters planned in advance
• Be flexible to a zero-hours contract while aiming for a stable pattern of work with the same client
