Voyage Care is seeking a caring Waking Night Support Worker for Fareham, working Monday and Tuesday nights from 21:00 to 07:00. You will help residents with bedtime routines, night-time checks, and light duties while promoting independence.

The role offers enhanced evening/weekend pay, overtime bonuses, Wagestream access, and a Blue Light Card, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth within the service.

Waking Night Support Worker –Fareham £14.84 per hour

Shifts are :Every Monday and Tuesday 2100-0700

As a support worker with us, you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our service in Fareham is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
