CJP Outreach is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated care team in Bristol. This 24/7 support role operates on a 2:1 ratio and involves rotating 12-hour waking night shifts for a male recipient in his own home.

The successful candidate will be reliable, proactive and patient, able to maintain dignity, safety and wellbeing through the night, with prior experience in similar roles or with complex needs and PBS knowledge being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Reliable and attentive to a care recipient's needs.
• Calm, relaxed, and resilient under night-time conditions.
• Proactive approach to person-centred support and safety.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred waking night support in a 2:1 staffing ratio.
• Identify potential triggers affecting mental health and wellbeing.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies where applicable.
• Collaborate with the person to create and follow tailored support plans.
• Assist with life skills, including cooking, personal hygiene and budgeting.
• Support ongoing health needs, appointments and medication.
