Job summary

Dimensions Group in Kinson seeks a Female Waking Night Support Worker to provide compassionate overnight care for two adults in their home. You will work as the sole staff member on shift, performing checks and helping with personal care as needed.

You will support mobility using single-person hoists and maintain thorough records in our IT systems to ensure safe, consistent care through the night.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is beneficial.
• Able to work night shifts and stay alert throughout the shift.
• Demonstrates empathy, respect and patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular safety checks to ensure residents feel secure.
• Assist with personal care when needed, maintaining dignity.
• Support mobility using single-person hoisting as required.
• Record information accurately in IT systems and care plans.
• Create a calm and reassuring overnight environment.
