Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to help create a safe, calm environment for three residents. You will perform safety checks, maintain a clean space, and record vital information using IT systems to support wellbeing at night.

You will support individuals who express needs through distress behaviours with patience and empathy, upholding dignity and respect. Dimensions promotes inclusion, voice, and opportunity for growth in a supportive, rewarding setting.

Formación

• Experience supporting people who communicate needs through distress behaviours.
• Patient and understanding with ability to provide calm, consistent support.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out regular keeping safe checks to ensure security and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic space for a welcoming environment.
• Record information using IT systems from support plans to health and safety logs.
• Create a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing at night.
• Support individuals to enjoy late evenings or nights in meaningful ways.
• Provide personal care when needed with empathy and respect.
