Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to help create a safe, calm environment for three residents. You will perform safety checks, maintain a clean space, and record vital information using IT systems to support wellbeing at night.

You will support individuals who express needs through distress behaviours with patience and empathy, upholding dignity and respect. Dimensions promotes inclusion, voice, and opportunity for growth in a supportive, rewarding setting.

Every night, you'll help create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for the 3 gentlemen who live in a home together. Your role will include:

• Carrying out regular "keeping safe checks" to ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic space so that the environment is welcoming and safe.
• Recording important information using our easy-to-use IT systems - from support plans to health and safety logs - so we can provide the best care possible.
• Creating a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing throughout the night.
• Supporting people to enjoy their late evenings or nights in ways that matter to them.
• Providing personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.

We're looking for someone with experience supporting people who communicate their needs through behaviours of distress. You'll be patient, understanding and able to provide calm, consistent support, helping the person feel safe, reassured and understood.
