Achieve Together Limited is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide high-quality care during the evening and night hours. You will support service users with activities, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the night, while promoting independence where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Empathetic, hard-working and reliable with a caring approach.

• Support people with evening activities and provide physical and emotional assistance during the night to ensure safety and a good night's sleep.
• Create a calm, welcoming environment and encourage independence where possible.
