Job summary

Avenues Group in the United Kingdom is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker to join our Tunbridge Wells service.

This full-time role covers night shifts from around 10pm to 7:30am, Monday to Sunday, with pro rata salary £25,845 per year.

You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities, assist with daily tasks, personal care, and community integration, while receiving benefits such as enhanced DBS, flexible working, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with autism and behaviours that may challenge is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently.
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money.
• Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community.
• Providing personal care (with dignity and respect).
