Job summary

The Avenues Group is hiring a Female Support Worker for waking nights in Sevenoaks, supporting adults with learning disabilities and related needs. The role runs 10:00pm–7:00am in a residential setting, located near Sevenoaks station. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for travel between shifts.

Salary is £25,845 per annum (pro rata) for full-time 39 hours per week. We provide funded training, career progression, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be female due to genuine occupational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Providing reassurance and support throughout the night
• Completing wellbeing and safety checks in line with support plans
• Assisting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
• Responding to overnight needs or emergencies
• Completing accurate records and handovers
• Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable home environment
• Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support
