Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for waking nights in Sevenoaks. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting, promoting dignity and independence. We provide award-winning, fully funded training, including recognised Health and Social Care qualifications.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential to travel to shifts. No experience?

Responsibilities

Providing reassurance and support throughout the night.
Completing regular wellbeing and safety checks in line with individual support plans.
Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner where required.
Responding calmly and appropriately to any overnight needs or emergencies.
Completing accurate records and handovers to ensure continuity of care.
Helping maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.
Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support.
