Job summary

Priory Group is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker (Female) in London. The role involves providing person-centred care to residents with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs, ensuring dignity, independence and safety throughout the night.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, receive full training, and have opportunities for career development within Priory’s healthcare services. This post is full-time and on-site in North London.

Qualifications

  • Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential; training provided.

Waking Night Support Worker (Female)

Department: Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers

Location: Roseneath Avenue

Compensation: £13.75 / hour

Description

Roseneath Avenue is located in Winchmore Hill, a leafy suburb in North London, in the borough of Enfield. It offers residential support for six males and females, who are autistic, have a learning disability or complex needs. We are situated on a quiet street, near the town centre.

Our team are dedicated to providing a safe, person-centred environment for the people we care for, ensuring they receive the care that is right for them, consistently and throughout every stage of their life, enabling and promoting safe independence both within their home and in the community.

Due to the requirements of our residents, we can only consider Female candidates for this role.

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female Night Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

Night Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.

Key Responsibilities
