Job summary

Hightown invites you to join Trinity Court, a small residential care home in Aylesbury, as a Waking Night Project Worker. This role focuses on supporting residents overnight, safeguarding wellbeing and dignity, and building trust through a collaborative, person-centred approach.

You will assist with personal care, administer medication as needed, and maintain clear records. Full training is provided, with induction and ongoing development opportunities to gain recognised qualifications.

Qualifications

• Care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
• Full induction and ongoing development provided.
• Experience is helpful but not essential; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support residents overnight, ensuring safety, wellbeing and dignity.
• Build positive, trusting relationships through a collaborative approach.
• Promote independence while respecting individual needs and choices.
• Respond to incidents, provide emotional support and maintain clear records.
• Administer medication and complete light household tasks.
• Provide personal care when required.
