Paragon Social Care is recruiting Children's Support Workers to provide trauma-informed, safe, and consistent care for children and young people in residential and community settings. You will build trust-based relationships, support education and life skills, and help with daily routines within a supportive team.

We are currently recruiting Children's Support Workers across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire to join our growing team.
This is a rewarding but demanding role supporting children and young people with a range of emotional and behavioural needs. We are looking for reliable, calm, and compassionate individuals who can build positive relationships, maintain professional boundaries, and provide consistent support during difficult moments.
You will work as part of a supportive team delivering trauma-informed care within residential settings and community-based support packages.
Please note: We ask staff to provide a minimum availability of 2-3 shifts per week due to the nature of the service.
