Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Children’s Home in North Aston. You will support children and young people (ages 8-18) in a residential setting, providing a kind, caring and fun place to live, with shifts including long days and sleep-ins.

Working with a supportive team, you’ll be resilient, adaptable and motivated to help young people facing emotional and behavioural difficulties, while training to gain vocational qualifications and improve career prospects.

Qualifications

• Qualifications and experience are welcome but not required.
• Ability to work nights and as part of a team in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision for children and young people (8–18) during night shifts.
• Support a safe, warm and supportive living environment within the home.
