Sense Scotland is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for the Bellahouston area in Glasgow, joining our Night Shift Team. You will support two individuals in their own homes, delivering care within our 24-hour housing support services and focusing on well-being, safety, and meaningful nightly routines.

As part of a dedicated team, you will help manage complex needs and learning disabilities, ensuring a calm night environment, accurate record-keeping, and compassionate personal care.

Qualifications

• Experience in health/social care is beneficial
• A genuine passion to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals who may have complex needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety checks to ensure well-being
• Support evening and morning routines
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
