Turning Point is recruiting a support worker for a Learning Disabilities service in Wolverhampton. This 30-hour night role covers waking nights and sleep-ins within a 24-hour supported living home for five adults with additional health needs.

You will support residents to build daily living skills, assist with shopping, cooking and budgeting, and help them participate in activities while promoting independence and family connections. Weekend shifts may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents to build daily living skills
• Provide person-centred support with shopping, cooking and managing own budgets
• Support residents to take part in a range of activities
• Help residents be as independent as possible
• Help build positive family relationships and a circle of support
• Work waking nights, sleep-ins and early and late shifts across a 24-hour service
• Work some weekends
