Job summary

Progress Care Solutions is seeking a Night Support Worker for the Dudley and Wolverhampton areas. The role involves monitoring residents during overnight shifts, administering medication, and maintaining facility hygiene. Candidates should have prior experience with adults with Learning Disabilities, a valid driver’s licence, and strong interpersonal skills. This position requires reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to a 36-hour work week, including a minimum of 3 shifts per week. The hourly rate is £12.80 plus defined benefits.

Role Overview
Position: Night Support Worker
Location: Wolverhampton and Dudley area
Hourly rate: £12.80 plus
Hours: 36 hours per week, minimum 3 shifts per week
Shift times: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am (sometimes until 9:00 am)

• Monitor residents during overnight shifts, responding promptly to their needs
• Administer medication as required and maintain accurate records
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties to keep the facility hygienic
• Work independently (lone working) and maintain safe working practices
• Maintain accurate shift logs and report any incidents or concerns
