Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning disabilities and complex needs is beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrates passion, care and enthusiasm for supporting others.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential for daily duties.

Responsabilités

• Promote independence and support residents in daily activities.
• Assist with personal care, medication support and safety.
• Plan and take part in home and community activities and trips.
• Develop residents' life skills and interests with a person-centred approach.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service monitoring.
