A valid All Wales Manual Handling Passport is essential; minimum 6 months UK care experience is required. Roles offer varied shifts and the chance to work across multiple care settings with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver overnight, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs and care plans.
• Provide personal care, continence support, and bedtime/morning routines with dignity.
• Carry out wellbeing checks to keep individuals safe, comfortable, and supported through the night.
• Accurately complete care records, incident reports and handover notes for continuity.
• Offer emotional reassurance to those experiencing anxiety, distress, or sleep disturbances.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using approved moving and handling techniques per legislation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, safeguarding concerns, and challenging situations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment; undertake light domestic duties as required.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
