Salary: £27,950.00 per annum plus £1,000 Nights allowance per annum

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week - 2 Week rolling Rota)

The Opportunity

Our next Adult Support Worker will be someone who has:

The purpose of the role is to provide high-quality care and support to adults with mild to severe learning disabilities, in accordance with Company policies, procedures, practices, and standards. The role involves supporting physical, social, emotional, and personal needs, ensuring residents feel valued, happy, and secure.

Some of your duties include:

  • Completing relevant paperwork
  • Undertaking household tasks

The Location

Join our teams at Roxby House, a specialist service rated CQC Outstanding, offering support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities. We have permanent full-time roles available—days or nights. This role is suitable for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.

Work will be challenging and rewarding, with a strong safeguarding culture, respecting individuals' preferences and involving them in decisions.

We are based in Roxby, near Scunthorpe, within commuting distance of Scunthorpe, Brigg, Broughton, Winterton, and surrounding areas.

Options Autism is a national provider of education, care, and therapeutic services for individuals with autism and complex needs, adopting a person-centred approach.
