Job summary

Avenues Group in West Malling is seeking a part-time Waking Night Support Worker to join our care team. You will work 30 hours per week, 10pm–7am, and you must have a driving license.

This role focuses on overnight support to promote wellbeing, safety and comfort for the people we support. Working nights is about more than presence; you will provide reassurance, monitor needs and ensure families have peace of mind.
