Dimensions in Droitwich is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join our nightshift team. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, 10:00pm to 7:00am or similar patterns, providing overnight support to six young adults with complex needs in a purpose-built environment.
You’ll remain awake during shifts, deliver person-centred care, manage medications, and ensure safety and wellbeing. Training is provided, with opportunities for development in a supportive team.
Location: Droitwich (WR9)
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (Waking Nights)
Pay: £12.85 per hour

We're looking for caring and reliable Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Droitwich (WR9), supporting six young adults aged 19-31 with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex health needs.
Each person lives in their own self-contained apartment within a purpose-built service, with shared communal spaces. You'll provide person-centred overnight support that promotes dignity, comfort and wellbeing, while working as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
Families are highly involved in people's lives, making consistency, professionalism and accurate communication especially important.
Full training will be provided for all specialist support requirements.
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work‑life balance.
Experience is helpful but not essential - we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
