Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker in Trowbridge (BA14) to cover Saturday and Sunday nights, 18 hours per week, at £13.45 per hour. You will support three men aged 30s-60s with mild learning disabilities and epilepsy, ensuring a safe night and setting up for a positive day ahead.
Training is provided; we value calm, reliability, and strong communication. DBS is paid for by Dimensions, with opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00pm - 7:00am

We're looking for a reliable and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge (BA14), supporting three gentlemen aged 30s-60s with mild learning disabilities and epilepsy, which is well managed through medication.
The people we support are active, sociable and enjoy making the most of their independence. They love spending time with friends, exploring new places, enjoying food and relaxing with people who share their sense of humour.
Your role will be vital in ensuring the people we support have a safe and settled night, setting them up for a positive day ahead.
This is a fixed weekend waking night position.
You'll be a great fit if you're:
Experience is helpful but not essential - we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
